Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
We offer complimentary, fully insured express shipping on all jewelry orders within the UAE. International orders are shipped via secure courier, and rates are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally. All international shipments are fully insured. Please be aware that the recipient is responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
